Sambhav is Sandesh's skill training and sheltered work unit, designed to accommodate the environmental, social, and economic realities of persons with disabilities. Led by experienced staff, the unit empowers members through craft-based vocational training — including paper craft, embroidery, rigid box making, decorative diyas, handmade stationery, and DIY product making — fostering independence, work culture, and meaningful inclusion.
